We can review the entire existing payroll statutory treatment and to advise and confirm ensuring you are doing it correctly.
Having a newly set up company in Malaysia?
We can help to register the Employer with all local statutory offices ie: KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO and EIS.
Should you have any onboarding employees who have no statutory account registered before, we can help to register to all offices and to obtain the individual account number on behalf.

Review Payroll Statutory Treatment

When you have newly onboarding employees, we will help to prepare notification forms and submit to LHDN (CP22) and PERKESO (Form 2). Leaver notification to be done via CP21 to LHDN for expatriates or Malaysian leaving the country for more than 3 months.
Once you have outsourced the payroll function to HROrigins, it is our responsibility to update all related HR and Payroll data into our system. Any existing data sitting in your system can be migrated over to us.
We process and reconcile monthly payroll based on your instructions which include basic salary, allowances, overtime, incentive, staff claims reimbursement, and etc. Proration of salary / allowances due to newly onboarding / leavers in mid month will be done by us.

Notification CP22 / CP21 / Form 2

You may choose to receive the above documents by hard copy / emailing to the individual employee in PDF with password encryption / via Employee Self Service (ESS) portal.
Option 1 - We can prepare your preferred bank file once payroll has been approved so you can upload to the bank portal.

Option 2 - We can upload the bank file on behalf if we are given the security token.

Option 3 - We will request payroll fund via invoicing and to remit the salary and statutory payments once the fund is received.
EA, PCB2 and E forms will be prepared by us latest by February and to be distributed to the individual employee while E form will be submitted to LHDN.
